
Tuscan BBQ
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 shallot minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
four pieces of chicken, thighs, legs breasts (your option)

Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Stir until smooth. Simmer over medium heat about 10 minutes. Heat grill.
Salt and pepper chicken. Brush meat with a light coating and cook chicken over medium heat 7-8 minutes per side, Brush the remaining glaze over the skin side and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes or until the juices run clear.
