Whip 1 qt of liquid eggs or 10-12 large eggs with 2 cup heavy cream,
2 cup strong coffee, 2 cups of brown sugar, and 3 tbsps of pure vanilla extract. Pour over cubed bread. Sprinkle 1-2 cups of white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate over top. Bake at 325 for
1 hour
