Cater green. Re-use and repurpose was never so much fun. Use board games as trivets and placemats. Serve a burger on a Frisbee®; use bright t-shirts as chair covers or table cloths, or plant a personal flower arrangement in each wine glass. Gallery opening: serve colorful dips on an artist palette or use small frames inset with mirrors as the bread dishes. Engagement party: place a page from an old romance novel under each plate, as dishes are removed, the conversation heats up. Try vintage watches as napkin rings for that time management luncheon.
