Cater green. Re-use and repurpose was never so much fun. Use board games as trivets and placemats. Serve a burger on a Frisbee®; use bright t-shirts as chair covers or table cloths, or plant a personal flower arrangement in each wine glass. Gallery opening: serve colorful dips on an artist palette or use small frames inset with mirrors as the bread dishes.
